Dexam has expanded its customer service team with the appointment of Amber Denyer as customer service advisor.
Amber’s role will consist of a variety of customer service tasks including answering customer queries over the phone, on email and also processing orders. She will work closely with the sales team and onboarding new accounts.
Amber brings a diverse background and skill set, including working for a luxury travel company.
Amber commented: “I was initially drawn to Dexam due to its locality and product innovation. Dexam’s values, as well as the supporting of charities and the local community were also admirable.
“My interests and hobbies revolve around spending quality time with my family. Cooking and baking are so important to our family life, especially with my partner being a chef. I love getting creative in the kitchen, especially with my kids.”
Tom Roberts, Dexam’s operations manager, said: “I’d like to officially welcome Amber to the team. She joins Donna Read and I in customer services and I’m sure will become an integral part of the team.
